Rules Text:

Target player may reveal an epic or higher rarity card from their hand. If they choose not to reveal, that player reveals the top cards of their deck until they reveal a card of epic rarity or higher. That revealed card is put in the grave zone. Shuffle all revealed cards back into the deck.
